A Letter from Dr. Evelyn Felluca
I want to thank all of you who have shared in my journey as your doctor and who have helped me cherish our relationship. With more than 35 years of practicing medicine in Northern Virginia, I have many fond memories and pleasant shared interactions with many of you over the years. It has been my great pleasure to share in your obstetric & gynecologic health and I thank those who have entrusted me with your care.
With 33 years of assisting in birthing babies, my bitter sweet last delivery involved the birth of a beautiful baby boy of a mother who I delivered 29 years ago. All births are special, a miracle in itself, but I felt that the universe was saying “here’s something to put a brighter smile on your face”. I have enjoyed my years in medicine. As an advocate for women, promoting advanced minimally invasive options for women requiring surgery has been my love and passion.
Despite my love for what I do, all great things must come to an end.
I am informing you that effective January 1, 2026, I will no longer be providing medical care at Perfectly Female Women’s Health Care as the practice will be closing. I will not be a participating provider for any health insurance company after that date.
Between now and the end of the year, I will continue to see patients as usual throughout November and December, however many December office visits will be reserved for emergency situations only.
I highly recommend continuing your medical care with many of the Board Certified Gynecologists in the Northern Virginia area.
Several that I recommend include the following – Provider Recommendations
If you would like a copy of your records, please see the following link – Records Request
Many reports can be accessed at the source such as LabCorp or the radiology websites. Copying records requires specific instructions as to the extent of records requested. A standard fee, as per Virginia law and HIPAA, is payable in advance to complete all requests.
I wish you all wholeheartedly the best in your future health and happiness. Live life to the fullest as if it were the last day!
Evelyn
